My 2nd Tier World

My 2nd Tier world.

It is our consciousness, that we strive for the best available possibility, when we cooperate to bring the best result for the circles around us.

Personal: We take responsibility also for the obvious consequences of the consequences of our actions.

Commerce: Cooperation not horizontally to eliminate fair competition, but mainly vertically in order to make buying and selling consistent with 2nd Tier insight.

Leadership: Our responsibility is not mainly our group, but the wider circles our groups are situated in vertically.

When we want to know how we function best, we ask independent people who have a view of the relevant subject and of the active intellectual and emotional systems in our circle and the further larger circles we form a part of.

The coach should be completely independent and should be firm in combining efficiency, philosophy and respect. The coach should not have a preference for any members of the greater circles.

It is our consciousness, that real development is based on growth of established groups, beliefs and traditions. Growth in freedom of actions and reactions, of learning from experience. Growth does not skip essential phases. Force and manipulation disrupt growth. Essential for helping growth are sympathy, care and respect.

This thinking is not irrational or super idealistic. It is convincingly efficient. Not for the personal here and now, but for humanity on the slightly longer run. If only two generations before us had done so, our world would have been much better for all of us.

The 2nd Tier thinking is not primitive Egoism. Primitive egoisme is the urge of the animal in us. It takes much effort to abandon that urge and become a true human being, but the reward is enormous. Being authentic is perfect in all stages.

2nd Tier thinking is contagious. New centers of 2nd Tier thinking are emerging all over the place. Let's be contaminated by the New World.

It could well be, that my view develops in time. The French say: who never changes his thinking never thinks….. and…. it is only my view.
